He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hulse and Agnes Hulse (Moon); and his wife Shirley Joanne Hulse (Wood). He is survived by: his children, John Hulse of Anderson, Greg Hulse (JoAnne) of Planfield, Kristina Betts of Anderson and Susan Hampton of Anderson; his grandchildren, Justin Hampton (Kimberly), Jessica Glick (Bradley), Andrea Sneed (Nathan), Ian Betts and Zoey Betts; his great grandchildren, Lily, Elias, Gwendolyn, Gabrielle, Macy, Myles and Jera; and his brother-in-law David Wood (June). He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews.
