She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Adkins and Aletha Adkins; her children, Donna Hubble (Dan), Fred Libler (Anissa) and Tudy Matthews (late Larry); her grandchildren, Wendi Butler (Mark), Christina Vysma (Ronald), Ryan Libler (Amy), Shannon Apple, Brandon Libler (Jen), Danny Hubble (Carrie), Andrew Hubble, Ashley Pepelea (Michael), Allyson Matthews (Laurie Seall), Maxx Libler and Bowen Libler; her husband Charles W. Libler; and her nieces, Judy McIntyre and Kathy Sidwell.
The family requires that all wear a mask to attend the visitation or service.
