He is survived by: his wife Terri Ann Addison; his children, Chassidy Addison Smith (Randy), Brandi Bryant (Charles Walker), David Addison (Angie) and Steven Addison (Christy); his grandchildren, Tucker McQuade, Randy Smith, Jessica Bryant (Eric), Derrick Bryant, Tyler Addison, Justin Addison, Gracie Addison and Gemma Addison; his great grandchildren, Ezriah Garner and Alexandria Henricks; his brothers, Ezekiel and Larry; and his mother-in-law Gladys Hofer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
