She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Shelley and Eunice Shelley (Pierce); her husband Joe Tilley; and her sister Elsie Monzelle Lowhorn. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Jo; her grandsons, Matthew Mahoney (Kim) and Rev. Mark Mahoney (Beth); and her great grandchildren, Colten, Catherine, Liam, Lily and Kendrick. She is also survived by two nieces and four nephews, many great nieces and nephews and one great, great niece.
