She was predeceased by: her husband Chris Fairchild; her parents, Fred Aldridge and Carolyn Aldridge; and her nephew Raymond Aldridge. She is survived by: her children, Forrest Fairchild of Vincennes and Megan Durcholz (Calvin) of Huntingburg; her grandson Mason Durcholz; and her siblings, Stan Aldridge (Kathy), Rodney Aldridge (Bernadine) and Cindy Garcia (Bob). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
