He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Tuttle and Lena Tuttle (Fallis); and his sister Annette Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tuttle (Whitson); his children, Kenneth Tuttle (Megan), Christina Swoveland (Jason) and Troy Tuttle (Julia); and his grandchildren, Myah, Peyton Swoveland, Travis and Brandon Tuttle. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
