He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Smith and Virginia Smith (Simmons). He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Stohler); his grandchildren, Kyle, Hannah, Natalee, Clay, Carmen, Carter, Chloe, Carson, Cohen, Aundrea and Eli; and his brother Gary Smith (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
