He was predeceased by: his father Raland R. Frasher; his grandparents, Merle, Hazel Frasher, Paul and Bernice Ash; his uncles, Carl Lykins Sr. and Woodrow Frasher; and his cousin Robbie Scott.
He is survived by: his mother Jean Frasher (Ash); his siblings, Leslie A. Duffin (Frasher) and Ryan R. Frasher (Lori W. Frasher); his nieces and nephews, Langley Duffin, Maren Frasher, Grady Duffin and Brody Frasher; his close friends, Genova Foster, Brian Saffell and Dr. Michael Arnett; and his pets, Grace, Mazie and Ozzie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Humane Society or the American Diabetes Association in Sean's honor.
