He was predeceased by: his parents, Darryl Gustin and Marsha Kay Meek; his grandparents, Fred, Ruth Meek, Gerald "Bud" and Marilyn Gustin; and his uncle Ronald Meek.
He is survived by: his brothers, Brad "BJ" Gustin (Bea) and Regan Reed; his stepmother Ann Gustin; his aunts, Cheryl Stow (Bob) and Elizabeth Meek; his uncle Dean Gustin (Nina); his cousin Jennifer Meek; and his friend Bill Hovermale (Nicci). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society.
