Roy A. Jeffers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 68, Roy A. Jeffers of Anderson, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Daniel; his mother Betty Loyd; his stepfather Roy Loyd (Oliver "Sandy" Jeffers); his brother Barry Danforth; his grandparents, Joseph, Merle Etchison, Ellen Bicknell and Albert Jeffers; and his siblings, Charles Loyd, Michael Loyd and Beverly Slayton.
He is survived by: his close friend Lori Morrison; his siblings, Rita Wilson (John) and John Jeffers; his nephews, Daniel Butler (Janna), Brian Danforth and Joe Danforth; his niece Tracie Ellis (Steve); his great-nephew Blake Ellis (Heaven); his close friend Miriam May; his pet Gizmo; his uncles, Phil Bunch and Gene Jeffers; and his aunt Joyce Moore (Bob). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Legacy Cremation and Funeral Services - Anderson (504 W 9th St, Anderson, IN 46016). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Animal Protection League in memory of Roy.
