It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald L. Petty (Anderson, Indiana), who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Petty and Mary Petty (Thurber); his brother Tom Petty; his son Anthony Petty; and his parents-in-law, Lester and Colleen Jeffries.
He is survived by: his wife Leasa Petty (Jeffries); his children, Ronald A. "Andy" Petty (Fiance-Debra Wallen), Leslie Buckner-Fishers (JB), Beth Alcala-Fairmount (Jaramie) and Holly Haynes-Muncie (Dan); his grandchildren, Jordan Ernesberger, Landon Petty, Aaron Buckner, Will Buckner and Katelee Haynes; his siblings, Richard Petty (Teresa), Phillip Petty-Summitville, Debbie Gellinger-Cicero (Tim) and Pamela (Robert); and his sister-in-law Donna Petty-Alexandria. He is also survived by 2 Step-Grandchildren 2 Step-Great-Grandchildren.
