He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Lanie" Gentry; his children, Cheryl Clarkstone and David Gentry (Schele); his grandchildren, David Clarkstone, Jacob Lewis, Dakota Gentry, Melissa Gentry (Chris Rodriguez) and Spencer Gentry; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Emma, Maeby, John and Gage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
