He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donnelly and Helen Donnelly (Stelle); and his siblings, Barbara Lancaster, Olene Townsend, Brad Donnelly and Kerry Gene Temple.
He is survived by: his birth fathers, Fred and Sammy Temple (Eaton); his significant other Betty Donnelly; his daughters, Gabrielle Lutton (Jim) and Bleu Donnelly; his stepdaughters, Deanna McIntyre, Donna McCurdy (Jim) and Patricia Wagner (John); his siblings, Linda Dilts (Terry), Sue Badgley and Thomas Faux; his grandchildren, Kassie Clark (Kyle), Quinton Donnelly, Taylor Donnelly and Karson Lutton; and his great grandchild Aeliana. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
