He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey "Pete" Michael and Gail Michael (Hancock); his siblings, Dan, Steve Michael, Karen Ferree and Melanie Wilder; and his son Ryan Michael.
He is survived by: his son Rod; his daughter-in-law Maureen Michael of Zionsville; his daughter Kyra; his son-in-law Dan Sorgenfrei of Melbourne Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Naomi, Noelle, Bethany Michael, Madelyn, Keeley, Daniel Sorgenfrei, Lily, Owen and Ellie Michael; and his friends, Paul, Betty Sanders, Heather, Brian LuKas, Brody Sullivan, Hannah, Jason, Jay, Sydney Dillmon and Madalynn Mercer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
