He is survived by: his children, Cary McKenzie, Anderson and Angela McKenzie; his grandchildren, Ann McKenzie Weigand, Amanda McKenzie, Andrew McKenzie, Christopher Ellerman, Amy Ellerman, Nicholas Carnes, Patrick McKenzie, Ashley McKenzie and Austin McKenzie; his great grandchildren, Julia Hughes, Cherish Hughes, Desiray McKenzie, William Wilson, Jasmine Thomason, Seth McKenzie, Isaiah Ellerman, Alyssa Ellerman, Abigail Ellerman, Lurelle Beeman, Lillian Beeman, I, Leigha McKenzie, Isaac McKenzie and Aleeseeia McKenzie; his brother Paul "Ed" McKenzie of Morehead, KY; and his close friend Linda Himes. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
