He is survived by: his mother Mary Flatt (Holland) of Anderson; his wife Vicki Flatt of Marion; his children, Brent Flatt (Aimee) of Anderson and Jessica Williams (Matthew) of Greenfield; his stepdaughter Eleathia Asher (Eric) of Marion; and his close friends, Steve Pancol, Mike Rowe, Kenny and Georgann White. He is also survived by two brothers, three sisters, 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
