He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Keith Salisbury and Sheila Jeannine Salisbury; and his brother Monte Keith Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Salisbury; his son Bryce Salisbury (Sharon); his stepdaughters, Holly Longnecker (Justin), Amber Barton and Jessica Barton; his grandchildren, Hailey Salisbury, Alexander Salisbury and Grayson Salisbury; his stepgrandchildren, Chance Mendoza, Gage Barton and Gabe Barton; his siblings, Marte Salisbury (Tina) and Kelly Holloway (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Brandon Salisbury (Amanda), Sean Salisbury (Ashley), Cory Salisbury (Jayonne) and Devon Holloway (Chelsea); and his close friends, Jeff, Michelle Ashby, Ty and Heather Cooper. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
