He was predeceased by: his wife Sondra; and his parents, Jerry Morgan and Ella Mae Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Leisa Richardson of Springfield, IL, Robert A. Morgan (Judy) of Indianapolis and Jeffrey A. Morgan of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Marvin Morgan (Annabelle) of Noblesville, Lucille Bailey of Anderson, Frank Morgan of Anderson, Greg Morgan of Anderson, Harry Morgan of Anderson and David Morgan of Oakland, Calif.. He is also survived by two grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Leroy's memory to the Indiana Audubon Society and the American Cancer Society.
