He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Provence and Lela Provence. He is survived by: his daughters, Jana Hart and Elizabeth Eads (Kevin); his grandchildren, Lindsey Eads Herrmann (Nathan), Derek Eads (Shelby) and Lauren Eads (Chandler); his great grandchildren, William, Becca Herrmann and Willow Eads; and his girlfriend Evelyn Remmington.
