He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Carr; his sons, Dan Carr (Maxine) and Randy Carr; his grandchildren, Crystal Mitchell, Randall Mitchell (Nancy), Sandra Grubb (Ryan), Lora Filgrove (Nic), Chelsie Carr, Remington Carr (Sophia) and Ariel Carr; his stepchildren, Kevan O'Bryant (Lucinda) and Krista Newbold; his sisters, Stephanie Williams (Tim), Marcia Porter and Debby Sheets (Rex); his aunt Ann Carr; and his close friend Dan Tanner. He is also survived by several great -grandchildren.
