He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Waymire and Irene Waymire (Grimm); and his sons, Richard L. Waymire, Jr. and Adam Waymire. He is survived by: his wife Imelda Waymire (Lugo) of Anderson; his brother Thomas Waymire (Anita); his nephew Michael Waymire (Michele); his great-nephew Brandon Waymire (Abby); his close friend Paul Weir (Reggie); his stepson Dan Oonjai; and his half-brothers, Terry Waymire and Danny Waymire.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
