We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Rachel Janet Ramsey of Anderson, Indiana, born in Youngstown, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Sr. Kaster and Esther Kaster (Johnson); her husband David Ramsey; and her siblings, Donna, Kaye, David and Benjamin Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Scot (Xin), Cindy and Shawn; her sisters, Karen and Esther; her grandchildren, Noah and Riley; and her great grandchildren, Norah, Silas, Sawyer and Miles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Cross Roads Global Methodist Church or The Hopewell Center.
