With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy A Hart of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on February 8, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Waugh and Elizabeth Maxine Waugh (Stansberry); and her sisters, Judith Newby and Penny Waugh. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hart; her children, Wendy Higdon of Carmel and Wesley Hart (Juliana) of Lucas, TX; her sister Kay Reynolds of Kansas City; and her grandsons, Zachary Higdon and Nathaniel Higdon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
