He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Webb and Rosemary Webb (Sampson); his wife Sharon Elizabeth Webb; his granddaughter Candace Portwood; and his brother Michael Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Webb, Jr. (Lisa), Michael Webb (Alan), Tonya Portwood (Jeff), Rebecca Riddle and Jason Webb (Carrie Ann); and his brother David Webb (Edna). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
