He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sydney Mackenzie and Virginia Billie Mackenzie; his wife Thelma Mackenzie; and his granddaughter Maia Noelle Shepherd. He is survived by: his children, Terilynn Shepherd and Patrick Mackenzie Jr.; and his grandchildren, Rachel Marie Dudley, Andrew Christian Shepherd, Seth Alexander Shepherd, Joel Bartholomew Shepherd, Elizabeth Mackenzie Shepherd and Noah Benjamin Shepherd. He is also survived by his family, friends.
