She is survived by: her husband Lewis Foreman; her children, Jennifer Shotwell (Jeremy), Sherry Kendall (Bill), Tracy Foreman (Thelma) and Eddie Foreman; and her grandchildren, Brianna Pitts, Billy Kendall (Angie), Christopher Kendall (Kiley), Shellee Ivory (Dan), Megan Foreman and Christina Foreman. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Awareness.
