She is survived by: her husband Cass Shook of Anderson, IN; her sons, Barry Shook of Anderson, IN and Douglas Shook (Alison) of Moline, IL; her grandchildren, Scott Shook (Angie), Ethan Shook (Kryn) and Lauren Shook; and her great grandchildren, Myles, Penelope, Charlotte, Griffin and Rowan.
