It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma J. Hoyer of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ashby and Mable Ashby (Jones); and her husband Robert Hoyer. She is survived by: her children, Claudia Hadley (James) and Steve Hoyer.
