She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Harper and Jessie Harper; her husband Richard Lee Musick; her son Rick Musick; her sister Cona Mae Winkle; and her grandson Chad.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Musick of Anderson and Teresa Welding (Mark) of Plainfield; her grandsons, Seth Gray (Alex), Ethan Gray, Greg Musick and Jacob Musick; her great grandchildren, Herbie Gray and Goldie Gray; and her sisters, Patsy Smith (Ray) and Wilma Harper-English (Ken). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
