She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Chambers and Mary Chambers (Skehan); her husband Homer L. Shelton; and her brothers, Robert Chambers and David Chambers.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie; her son-in-law Ron McDuffee; her grandsons, Patrick Nice and Christopher Nice; her brother Dr. Kelly; and her sister-in-law Linda Chambers. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
