She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Hook (Betty Hook) and Zelma Trueblood (Dietz); her brother Lonnie Hook; her husband Michael Tipton; and her son Michael Shane Tipton.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Mavis (Brad), Jody Moll (Jason) of Warner Robins, GA and Jessica Olech (Ryan) of Whitsett, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Miller, Martin Mavis, Kaleigh Craft, Taylor Moll, Jacob Mavis, Shelby Gandy, Alyssa Mavis, Sarah Diaz, Travis Moll, Hunter Olech and Emmalyn Olech; her siblings, Kay Stickney Valentine (James) of Anderson, IN, Virginia Thompson (Phil) of Richmond, IN, Randy Nichols (Debbie) of Daleville, IN and Bruce Nichols (Kathy) of Shipshewana, IN; her sister-in-law Dolores Lipscomb (Companion-Clarke Payne) of Muncie, IN; and her father-in-law Carrol Winston Tipton of Muncie, IN. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory (200 W 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
