She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Wehner and Josie Wehner of Virginia; and her husband Pete Webb. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Webb (Elizabeth Coats), Tina Webb-Vorhees and Daphne Hinkle (Joe); her grandchildren, Rhiana Tipton, Aaron Taffner, Marisa Terry, Lauren Johnson, Crystal Price and Angel McCarter; her brothers, James Wehner and George Wehner (Sue); and her sister-in-law Joan Love. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
