She was predeceased by: her parents, Londa Cheever and Bernadine Cheever; her son Troy Alan Currey; and her siblings, Lonadine White, Pat Penrod, Harold, Steve, Bill, Richard and Jim Cheever.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Lucinda Currey) and Jerry (Sheri Currey); her grandchildren, Codi Goodpaster (Eric), Jonna Currey-Jester (Nate), Jennifer Padgett (Jay Thomas), Jamie Hannah (Allen), Ashley Currey-Hammel (Austin), Felicity Currey and Addison Currey; and her siblings, Gordon Cheever (Anita) of Muncie, Dave Cheever of Anderson, Mary Ann Sheward of Anderson and Jody Tischler (Ron) of Anderson. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eastview Church of the Nazarene (2552 E 200 S, Anderson, IN 46017). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
