He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Weston and Nellie E. Weston (Lawson); and his close friend Jan Tetrow. He is survived by: his children, Susie Bodkin (Mark) and Brian Weston (Heather); his brother Larry Weston (Marie); and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jessica, Jeremy (Stacey), Joshua, Bryce and Lacey (Steven). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

“I went to high school with monte. We graduated from highland in 1960. I called him in jan. About our 60 year reunion. We talked 2 or 3 more times. He made me laugh as we were catching up on our life and families. I called him on march 11 to remind him of a luncheon we have once a month. He said he definitely would try to come. I am so sad that i didn't get to see him on thursday. I will be praying for suzie and brian and their families. He will always be in your heart. God bless!”
