He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartley Godleski and Helen Godleski Haberek (Soloski); his sons, Michael Godleski and David Godleski; his siblings, Joseph Godleski (Joyce), Jimmie Haberek (Nicki Yost) and Barbara Reynolds (Gene); and his pet Ebony.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Godleski (Bell); his daughter Nancy M. Godleski; his sister-in-law Nicki Yost; and his nieces, Christine Godleski-Beason and Cheryl Godleski.
Memorial contributions may be given to Trinity Episcopal Church of Anderson, American Heart Association, or charity of giver's choice.
