It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Edwin Mathews of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on August 25, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey M. Mathews; and his parents, Samuel Mathews and Pauline Mathews. He is survived by: his wife Carole Mathews (Troesken); his daughter Jennifer L. Roark (Oscar); his daughter-in-law Lydia Mathews; and his grandchildren, Jason Rogers (Hannah), Andrew Rogers (Taylor), Stephanie Tabares (Brian) and Stephen Roark. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
