He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Blair and Rosie Blair (Flinchum); his wife Nondas Ridgway Blair; his children, Tammy Royer (Dan), June Shuler (Dave), Trudi Blair and Mekie Blair (Lisa); his grandchildren, Sarah, Danny, Matthew, Joshua, Blair and Benjamen; and his siblings, Erma, Buddy, Wonda, Linda, Roy V., Marty, Joie and Lee. He was also cherished by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
