She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mathis and Carole Mathis; and her brother Michael Dean Mathis. She is survived by: her husband Tim Lehr; her children, Jeff Voiles of Greensburg, Ryan Tipton of Anderson and Carl Lehr (Shelby) of Daleville; her grandchildren, Julianne, Isaiah and Whitney; and her brothers, Mark of Columbus and Matt Mathis of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
