She was predeceased by: her parents, LaMarr V. Culp and Elizabeth Culp; and her siblings, LaVon Culp and Norma Jean Cartin. She is survived by: her siblings, Dale Paul Culp and Linda Hines; her children, Lena Sue Fehr (Andrew), Timothy Conrad (Deborah) and Tobi Stiers (Paul); and her grandchildren, Crystal Bergey (Randy), Francis Fehr, Cameron Fehr (Kendra), Kailene Peachey (Paul), Angela Fehr, Raquel Fehr, Mary Ann Paris (Nicholas), Sean Conrad, Laura Conrad, Aidan Conrad, Samantha Stiers, April Stiers and Justin Stiers. She is also survived by her 13 Great-Grand Children.
