He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fulk and Mary Fulk; his son Scott Fulk; and his parents-in-law, Jessie and Dorothy Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fulk (Wilson); his son Stephen Fulk (Lisa); his grandsons, Landon, Braydon and Colton; and his siblings, Keith Fulk (Judy) and Carol Barker (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
