She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cogswell and Laura Cogswell (Circle); her brother Paul "Butch" Cogswell; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Cogswell (Noble) and John Hughes.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Shekell; her children, Stephanie Robbins (Duff), Julie Shekell (Mark Weissman) and Jeffrey Shekell (Susan); her siblings, Charles Cogswell, Anna Hughes and Ken Cogswell; and her granddaughters, Rebecca Robbins, Rachel Robbins, Mikayla Shekell, Samantha Shekell and Mireille Weissman.
