She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Brown and Anna Brown (Ellis); her husband Rev. Chester W. "Smitty" Smith; her brother Thomas F. Brown; her great grandchild Derek Davis; and her daughter-in-law Vicky Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Olin of Anderson, Douglas Smith (Diana) of Anderson and Dale Smith (Cheryl) of Alexandria; and her grandchildren, Lisa Smith, Leighann Davis (Gary), Kyle Olin, Kevin Olin, Candice Beckley (Josh) and Josh Smith. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
