She was predeceased by: her father Carl; her husband Wilbur Pettigrew; her brothers, Nolan C. Lackey and George E. Lackey; her stepsiblings, Johnnie C. Lackey, Sara M. McDonald and Frances R. Schuyler; and her nieces, Nancy Lackey, Elizabeth Lackey and Janet Lackey.
She is survived by: her son Philip Boone (Carol); her stepchildren, Charme Pettigrew and Cliff Pettigrew; her grandsons, Mark Pettigrew and Trace Pettigrew (Rene); her great grandchildren, Kelsey Goff (James), Lucas Vance and Avery Pettigrew; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Lackey Adams (Sherman), Janine Lackey Compton (Rod), Rita Herron Brown (Tom), Nora Friend (John), Debra Lackey, Steve Lackey (Pam), Brian Lackey, Jeff Lackey (Kay) and Kyle Lackey; and her caregiver Tammy Driver.
