She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Helpling (Tuerff); her brothers, Osmond Helpling Jr. and Joseph Helpling; and her close friend Pat King. She is survived by: her father Osmond Helpling; her siblings, Mary Ann Douglas and James Helpling (Brenda); her niece Terri Bilbrey (Junior); her great-nieces, Jessica Ulm and Annie Baker (Stephen); and also, Kinley and Sadie Baker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
