She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Frazier; her parents, Delbert Hilligoss and Iona; and her siblings, Philip, Rick, Bill and Cindy.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hornbeck (Bryan), Marie Mathew (Marty) and Doug Porter (Kennetta); and her sisters, Sherry, Angie and Angel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Florida Station Church of God (1045 W 375 N, Anderson, IN 46011).
