He was predeceased by: his father Thomas D. Chrzanowski. He is survived by: his mother E. Jean Chrzanowski (Greene); his wife Marianne Lesicki; his daughter Brandy Chrzanowski (Christopher Martin); his niece Lara Chairez; his brother Thomas Chrzanowski (Laura); his niece Emily; and his nephew Alexander. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous sister and brother in laws, dozens of special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Indiana, or the Madison County Humane Society, Anderson, IN, where Mark fell in love with his faithful furbaby "Sztorm", who truly will be sad without her "Poppy".
