She was predeceased by: her parents, Gomer Welch and Kathryn Welch; and her sister Dee Ann Raison. She is survived by: her children, Ken Shank of West Chester, OH, John Shank of Jasper, IN, Tonya Wilhoit (Keith), Steven Fulton (Elisa) and Mike Fulton (Andrea); her nephew Tom Raison (Beth) of Anderson; and her niece Penny Fleming (Doug) of Cape Coral, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
