She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Ann Higdon; her spouse Lee Goar; and her daughter Donna (Mark Amick). She is survived by: her siblings, Max, Carlos, Ellen, Walter, Loretta and Ralph; her daughter Stephanie Provine; her sister Patricia; her daughter Donneta (John Buchanan); her grandson Andrew Bolton (Jenni); her son Drew; and her sisters, Peggy (Marvin Walker) and Janet (James Keck). She is also survived by many grandkids, nieces, nephews and friends.
