She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Neal and Marie Neal; and her brothers, Clois and Don Neal. She is survived by: her husband Strotha "Ruel" Norris; her children, Michael Norris (Lisa) and Michelle Stichler (Ted); her grandsons, Daniel Norris, Joshua Norris and Garth Stichler; and her sisters, Jean Mahaffey, Sue Welcher and Donna Faye Elston.
