He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Williams and Florence Williams; and his wife Shirley A. Williams. He is survived by: his children, Michael L. Williams of Anderson and Ann Burnham (Randy) of Florida; his grandchildren, Joy, Kelsey, Jessica and Kayla; and his sister Nelda Fadley of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Riley Children's Hospital.
